This agreement is a legal contract between you and Qingyunti VPN (the "Service Provider") for downloading, installing and using the mobile VPN application (the "App").

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, extract source code from, or create derivative versions of the App or its associated trademarks without authorization. The intellectual property rights of the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material fee changes where required. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Explanation of service limitations: The functionality of this App relies on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the service cannot be used due to user device arrears, data limits, or poor network signals, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. When used outside of a Wi-Fi environment, your mobile carrier may incur data traffic charges. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without using a suitable data plan, the resulting roaming charges must be borne by you. Before using this App, please ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service because of battery depletion, system restrictions or local network failures is outside our compensation scope. Although we maintain routing information carefully, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by those sources. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services as permitted by law.
